Your customers already say good things. Nobody writes them down.

TelePost rings the people who already like you, has a real conversation, and turns it into an article in their words, quotes you can use, and posts you can publish. No survey. No form. Nothing for them to write.

Why a phone call

A testimonial form gets you one sentence that sounds like every other sentence. Asking somebody to write a paragraph gets you nothing, because writing is work and they were doing you a favour.

Ten minutes on the phone gets you the actual story: what they were doing before, the moment it clicked, the thing that nearly stopped them buying, what they told a colleague afterwards. That is what a reader believes, and it is the only kind of quote worth putting on a page.

The article belongs to the person who was interviewed. They read it, correct it, and decide whether you may quote from it. That is not a formality — it is what makes the result usable, and in most places it is what makes it legal.

How it goes

  1. Tell us what the campaign is about. Paste a link, type a description, or let TelePost ring you and ask. Five minutes on the phone beats filling in boxes, and it is the same trick pointed at you first.
  2. Agree the questions. We write a set from what you told us and you edit every word before anybody is called.
  3. Invite your customers. We write the email, the LinkedIn message and the text, plus a picture per platform with the line already on it. You send them — they are your customers, and the invitation should come from you.
  4. They put their own hand up. Whoever is interested registers on a page in your colours, confirms their own email, and gives their own number. You choose who to interview.
  5. We call, write, and send it to them. They approve it. You pick the part you would like to quote, and they are told which part and can say no to that separately.

What we will not do

  • We do not take a list and start dialling. There is no way to upload one. The only phone number in the system is one its owner typed in themselves, on a page they reached from your invitation.
  • We do not write the answers. Your campaign says what gets asked. It never reaches the writing. A brand that could steer the prose would be manufacturing an endorsement rather than collecting one, and a manufactured endorsement is worth nothing to you.
  • We do not publish anything for them. Not to their LinkedIn, not anywhere. The piece is theirs, and where it goes is their decision.
  • We do not keep a number we were not given permission to use. Tick-box consent, stored with a timestamp, and deleted the moment you pass on somebody.

Also: your placement in the briefing

TelePost sends its writers a daily briefing of what is happening in their industry. A sponsored placement sits in it — a thumbnail, a headline and the word Sponsored — in front of people who are about to write about your field. Reviewed by a person before it runs, targeted by industry, and priced against a real audience figure rather than an impression estimate.
