Daniel Rivera is Executive Director of the Elsa Economic Development Corporation in Texas, where he leads small business support, business retention and expansion, investment attraction, and workforce pipeline partnerships with school districts, colleges and trade schools. He previously served as Director of Programs & Marketing at Mission EDC, working on projects including CyberMission and Mission Food Park, and founded Grindstone Coworking in Edinburg. He is also co-founder of Triggers Media, sits on the board of Code RGV, and holds Certified Public Manager and Certified Texas Economic Development credentials.
